Dow Coating Materials, a manufacturer of water-based acrylic emulsion technology, appointed Palmer Holland as its exclusive channel partner for all ROSHIELD and Dow Coating Materials ROVACE sales across the U.S. The ROSHIELD product line offers one-component (1K) and two-component (2K) self-crosslinking and ambient crosslinking emulsions for water-based wood coatings. Some uses of ROSHIELD include factory-applied, waterborne, interior wood coatings, interior furniture, doorskin primers, molding, and many more. ROVACE binders are used in a variety of coatings applications including a variety of latex paints, interior and flat semi-gloss coatings, flat through semi-gloss coatings, and flat to semi-gloss architectural paints. Dow Coating Materials’ water-based acrylic emulsion technology was named a National Historic Chemical Landmark by the American Chemical Society.
